Terms of Service — SaraInMotion

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of sarainmotion.com, sarainmotion.date, and the creator Telegram Mini Apps we operate (together, "the Platform"), operated by SaraInMotion SRL, Pacii str. 1229, Zănești, Neamț, Romania, CUI 55310262, Reg. J2026046637000 ("we," "us"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility — Adults Only

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). Age verification is performed via Didit before you subscribe or access age-gated features. The Platform is strictly for adults; minors may not use it under any circumstances.

3. Nature of the Service — AI Only

On the AI Friends platform (sarainmotion.date and the @saraai_companion_bot Telegram app), the following is essential to understand:

Every character on the AI Friends platform (the "AI Friends") is artificial intelligence — not a real person. You are never communicating with, or being shown, a real human being.
In an AI Friends video date, you are alone with an AI character. No other real person is present, watching, or on the call. The avatar, voice, and responses are AI-generated in real time.
All AI Friends content is created and owned by us. There are no real performers, and users cannot upload, create, publish, or share content.
The service is provided for personal entertainment and companionship, and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, or psychological advice.

On the AI Friends platform, SaraInMotion SRL is responsible for all content. Every piece of that content is produced and published by us. There are no third-party content creators, performers, or uploaders on the AI Friends platform, and no other party bears responsibility for any content that appears on it. (The creator Telegram Mini Apps are addressed under "Creators" below.)

4. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for activity on your account. Keep your access secure. One account per person.

5. Payments & Billing

Premium access is sold as prepaid passes for each AI Friend, in three tiers: a Daily Pass (24 hours), a Weekly Plan (7 days), and a Monthly Plan (30 days).
Standard pricing is $0.99 (Daily), $12.99 (Weekly), and $29.99 (Monthly); some AI Friends are priced differently. The exact amount and the exact period you receive are always displayed on the payment screen before you pay.
There is no trial period, no introductory offer, and no promotional pricing.
Every purchase is a single one-time payment for the stated period only. Nothing renews automatically and there are no subsequent transactions — your payment method is never charged again unless you yourself make a new purchase. Access simply expires 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days after payment, depending on the tier.
Cancellation: because nothing renews, there is no future charge to cancel — your pass ends by itself at the end of the purchased period. You may stop using the Platform or close your account at any time.
Payment may be made by cryptocurrency and, where offered, by card (processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processor; we do not store full card details).
Refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

The Platform's content is AI-generated and owned by us, so these rules govern your conduct and requests. You agree not to:

Attempt to make an AI Friend generate illegal content — including, without limitation, any sexual content involving minors (which is illegal even when AI-generated/animated), or content depicting non-consensual or otherwise unlawful acts.
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, threaten, or harm others.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or attempt to extract the AI models or underlying systems.
Share, sell, or transfer your account, or circumvent payment, age, or security controls.

We may refuse, restrict, or remove generated content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Abusive requests result in removal of the user, not the AI characters (which are our lawful content).

7. Content Moderation

All content on the Platform is AI-generated by us and is moderated before it is published or delivered. Moderation is carried out as follows: every generation request and every AI reply — chat messages, generated photos and videos, and live video rooms (Freemium Chat) and private sessions — passes through automated content filters before delivery; any request or output that triggers a filter is blocked and flagged, and flagged items are reviewed by our human moderation team. This applies to all chat, photo, video, and video-call content, without exception. Maintaining these moderation procedures is our obligation, and we operate them at all times.

8. Intellectual Property

All AI Friends, their names, likenesses, and generated content characteristics are owned by BlueApp Multimedia SRL and licensed to SaraInMotion SRL for operation of the Platform. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to access and view content while your account is in good standing. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content.

Creators

Creators who join the Influencer Hybrid Kit are independent operators, not employees or agents of SaraInMotion SRL. Creators on the Telegram Mini Apps are real, identity- and age-verified adults (18+) who appear only in their own live video dates and whose AI Twin is trained from their own photos and voice. Each creator signs a separate B2B service agreement and model release, under which the required records of age verification are kept, and which govern that relationship. Creators receive an 85% payout, paid in TON.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" for entertainment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory EU/Romanian consumer protections.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time; data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

12. Third-Party Links

The Platform does not contain links to third-party websites, and users cannot post content or links. If a link to an external website nevertheless appears anywhere on the Platform, it is unauthorized: we do not control third-party websites, are not responsible for their content, and will remove any such link once we become aware of it. Please report any external link to contact@sarainmotion.com.

13. Complaints & Content Reports

We take every complaint seriously. To make a complaint about any content on the Platform, or about the service in general, email contact@sarainmotion.com describing the issue and, where relevant, the page or content concerned.

Illegal content: reports of content alleged to be unlawful are reviewed with priority, and any content found to be — or reasonably suspected of being — illegal is removed or disabled within 24 hours of the report.
All other complaints (billing, technical, or service-related) are reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. We will keep you informed of the outcome at the email address you contact us from.
Likeness concerns: all characters and content on the Platform are AI-generated and owned by us, and no real performers appear. Nevertheless, if you believe any content depicts you or your likeness, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove the content within the same timelines.

14. Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy

We prohibit any use of the Platform that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sex trafficking, modern slavery, or abuse of any kind. On the AI Friends platform, every character is fully synthetic AI: no real persons perform in, appear in, or are employed for the creation of any content, so no human being can be exploited, coerced, or trafficked in its production. On the creator Telegram Mini Apps, every creator is a real, identity- and age-verified adult who takes part voluntarily under a signed B2B service agreement and model release. Any user who attempts to use the Platform in connection with trafficking or exploitation will have their account terminated and will be reported to law enforcement. 15. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

On the AI Friends platform (sarainmotion.date and the @saraai_companion_bot Telegram app), all characters are entirely computer-generated (AI) creations, presented and operated as adults aged 18 or over. No real persons are depicted on the AI Friends platform, and no content there involves actual human performers. Because the AI Friends platform contains no depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and the effective date updated. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
