1. Who We Are

SaraInMotion, operated by SaraInMotion SRL (Pacii str. 1229, Zănești, Neamț, Romania · CUI 55310262 · Reg. J2026046637000), the data controller, is an AI companion platform. This Policy covers sarainmotion.com, sarainmotion.date, and the creator Telegram Mini Apps we operate (together, the "Platform"). All AI Friends and AI Twins are AI — not real people. Users of the consumer platform cannot upload or share content.

2. What We Collect

Account: email, username, and account preferences.
Activity: AI image/video requests, video-date session data, support messages, and usage analytics. (Conversations with the AI Friends are processed in real time to generate responses and are not stored by us — see Section 5.)
Technical: IP address, device/browser information, and — if you pay with crypto — your wallet address.
Payment: we do not store card or banking details. Crypto payments record only the on-chain reference; card payments, where offered, are handled by a PCI-compliant processor.
Age verification: carried out by our provider Didit. Didit handles your ID directly — we receive only the verification result, not your ID documents.

3. How We Use It

To run the AI Friends and video dates, keep your account secure, prevent fraud, meet legal and age-verification requirements, and improve the service.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We share data only with the providers needed to run the service (payment processor, cryptocurrency networks, Didit, storage, and our AI providers), and where required by law.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your text conversations with the AI Friends are processed in real time — including by our AI provider — to generate responses, and are not stored by us. Video dates are processed in real time, encrypted in transit, and not recorded or stored. We do not store card details.

6. Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time; your data is removed within 30 days unless the law requires us to retain it.

7. Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you — your account details (email, username) and your payment records — or ask us to stop using it. Email contact@sarainmotion.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies — those strictly needed for the platform to function and stay secure. We do not use preference, analytics, advertising, social-media, or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

9. Adults Only

The platform is for verified adults. Age verification (via Didit) is required to subscribe or access age-gated features. Any account found to involve a minor is removed immediately, and suspected illegal content is reported as required by law.

10. AI Transparency

All AI Friends are clearly identified as AI and are not real people. AI Twins on the creator Telegram Mini Apps are clearly identified as AI and are AI versions of the real creators they depict, created with each creator's written consent; live video dates are with the real creator. You can request human review of an AI interaction via contact@sarainmotion.com.

11. Data Location

Data is stored primarily within the EEA; any transfer outside it is protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
